Ironically, delivering this value to enterprise customers is very different than delivering similar technology to the consumer. Unlike buying and activating a personal mobile phone or buying a laptop computer with Windows®, bringing mobile computing to the front-line enterprise worker is orders of magnitude more challenging. This is because, unlike the individual consumer, the enterprise has significant performance, reliability, and security requirements. This is in addition to the fact that any system must be integrated with the complex enterprise computing systems already in place.
